چکیده
Introduction. The HIV epidemic situation in the Russian Federation remains tense. Low coverage of antiretroviral therapy (ART) contributes to disease progression some PLHIV. Many authors point a high prevalence different secondary combinations. Objective. Studying structure combinations inpatients and identifying features immunological virological indicators. Materials methods. There was retrospective analysis 1440 cases HIV-infected admission ICU SBHI «ICH № 2» DZM 2018–2020. number CD4+ cells were estimated 1185 patients, viral load (VL) is defined 1173 patients. Statistical held, using program StatTech v. 2.6.2 (developer — LLC «Statech», Russia). Results. 18,5% patients had 1 disease, 75,9% diagnosed combination 2 more various lesions. 275 diseases are recorded: from 50 lesions 4 7 nosological units. Ме VL with no 13 303 copies/ml, it increased 3,2 times (42 926) (p<0,001). Similar changes detected 3, 5 6 diseases. lymphosytes absence pathology 223 cells/mcl. As increases 4, we observe consistent reduction lymphosytes; combined did not exceed 100 cells; this figure 20 mcl. Correlation revealed presence moderate connection tightness on Chaddock scale (r xy =0,356, p<0,001). depth immunodeficiency also affects outcome disease: (M±SD) group dead 101±153 (95% DI: 91–112), survivors 198±226 DI:172–224; Conclusion. Combined among infectious hospital 75.9% differences by level which growth lesion number; significant correlation found between amount obtained results confirmed reduced likelihood favorable increasing

Clinical outcome of HIV-infected patients with discordant virological and immunological response to antiretroviral therapy.
BACKGROUND A subgroup of human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1)-infected patients with severe immunodeficiency show persistently low CD4+ cell counts despite sustained viral suppression. It is unclear whether this immuno-virological discordance translates into an increased risk for clinical events. METHODS Data analysis from a large multicenter cohort incorporating 14,433 HIV-1-infected ...
متن کاملThe influence of HCV coinfection on clinical, immunological and virological responses to HAART in HIV-patients.
The potential impact of the hepatitis C virus (HCV) on clinical, immunological and virological responses to initial highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) of patients infected with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is important to evaluate due to the high prevalence of HIV-HCV coinfection. A historical cohort study was conducted among 824 HIV-infected patients starting HAART at a public ...
